What kind of spider is this?!
We had a nice visitor this morning. This thing was maybe 3-4" in diameter with it's legs all spread out.
Do any of you happen to know what kind of spider this is?

It is the hybrid Fiddle-Black Widow.
 There was a LARGE wolf spider in the kitchen sink here at work this morning. I can't help you with what type of spider you have there. I would bet there is a web site that has a list of typical house spiders in your area. The vast majority of house spiders are harmless to humans. Around here only the black widow & the brown recluse also called fiddle back are harmful.

An ugly one. There are a bunch in FL that look like that. I think they usually called them "grove spiders" but only because they usually lived in and around the orange/fruit groves. I think they are relatively harmless, not like a recluse, widow, etc...
