What is sorely needed, IMO, on the PPOT is a policy whereby when one member refers to, or calls, another member a racists the accuser must substantiate and prove (within his post) his/her accusation or face being barred by the end of that day.
No exceptions.
Perhaps not so often, but that slanderous term is slung around with far too much ease, IMO.
