I did not meet my wife until I was 36. I fished in the ocean of women for many years. I practiced catch and release for most of that time. I dated some strange women, and some really good women. I was lucky enough to never come across a CRAZY woman like that.

Guy seemed to be more interested in letting her continue on her rampage while he recorded it instead of calling the police. He is just as dumb as she is. I bet she didn't have any money to cover damage to his house or insurance to cover damage to his car.

Regardless of her motivation I think the guy did the right thing.
No doubt afterwards he called the cops and got a report and proof on video.
Bet he has already been into a big he said she said police report about prior disturbances that he may not have handled as well..

Let's say he gave her a nasty STD or a death sentence of AIDS (and to her sister and mother too).

Would this be the way to deal with it?

No.

He's lucky that she isn't carrying his baby inside of her, then it would be a lifetime of her involved in his life.

She's a crazy nut case no doubt, and handled this in a irrational way during a red mist moment likely. I'm just saying, we don't know the circumstances. STD, painful infidelity, you know something like that is involved.

I have a good friend who married his high school sweetheart. He's a calm, non-violent, and a responsible guy. Two days after their 20th wedding anniversary he left the office early with the flu. He finds his wife buns-up-kneeling on the living room floor with his boss. He threw him through a sliding glass window naked. Nobody can predict how they're going to act under the circumstances. I guarantee the brotha did her wrong.

Anything he may have done is really irrelevant. She tried to kill him with her car. He needs to work on his situational awareness, he barely missed getting crushed.

He made the right call.
He might get some action from the police over, "she tried to run over me with her car and I have it on video," but "Officer! I think she ran into my car and she broke a window in my house," isn't going to get them out of the donut shop.
