I still don't get it. Did you sign a job offer with CFO on it? Then that's what you will be. Unless you signed a new offer where you got demoted in title.
"Coordinator" is a terrible title in my book. Almost sounds like you aren't doing anything, just come in, consult and leave, once work is coordinated. ![]() G |

Agree. In my organization, "project coordinators" are pretty much entry-level positions (essentially project engineers).

It sounds like a small non profit that lacks the rigor of a large structured company with regard to things like job titles. CFO is not likely to happen if it is tiny and the accounting department consists of you or maybe you and a bookkeeper. Coordinator has the wrong connotation. Finance Manager or Director maybe. Something consistent with your peers in the agency.
