This is a totally wild story...I would like to think that I would have been clever enough not to have tortured a few hundred people for a decade... Even though the company explicitly states location to the zip code, people are people and I am not sure I can give the company a pass on this (should get sued).

That is a strange story. We all have to hope they can fix the problem. Pick a location that is the middle of a lake or something for those IP address.
