Body shaving for men

Remember this Gillette manscaping razor ad?

https://youtu.be/tjbCZvldSGQ

It played about a million times during NBC's broadcast of the Tour de France one year, so I had plenty of time to contemplate the hottitude of the girls and to wonder: how many men are actually shaving their body hair?

So, that's the question I pose to you. Based on your knowledge and information, is body shaving for men really a thing?

I was using ether to seat the bead on a new tire on our lawn tractor yesterday... I have done this hundreds of times before but never on such a small tire.

I was wearing shorts and wont need to remove any hair from my legs for the foreseeable future...

Singe job!

Was riding the mountain bike the weekend before last. Trails were wet slipped off a ladder at a water crossing and jammed the big ring into the back of my calf.
I shaved all around it so the hair wouldn't get in the wound and I could bandage it without fear of the rip.
Does that count?
I keep telling myself that I could get a new bike with a 1X and that wouldn't happen again...

I only trim a few places on my beard around my lips and mustache. No other hair get trimmed except a haircut every 6 weeks.

I would THINK you have to start with a fairly high level of trust to even consider that - even with the wife!

I think getting the gf involves ruins the initial surprise and even after the reveal, ongoing maintenance isn't sexy.

I'm finding that shaving my legs makes me feel . . . pretty.
