you use an immersion blender much?

man. with cold weather, i tend to make a lot of simple soups. roasted a cauliflower tonight and now i'm gonna simmer it into a soup.

BRRAPP! the emmersion blender is the easiest way to turn it into a smooth soup.

i love my stick blender!!

Use one a lot....actually just wore out one on Saturday night smoothing out sautéed onions and carrots for a crab bisque and need to replace it....darn thing only lasted 8 years.

Yep. For all the things mentioned and for scrambling eggs or eggs and milk with cinnamon & nutmeg for French toast.
