I love Tapatio on pizza. Almost any pizza.
You can make a great hot and spicy teriyaki sauce which is great on either steak as a dipping sauce, or on fried rice. Mix "Red Shell" brand miso dressing (you can find at many Asian markets), with JES brand bottled teriyaki sauce, and Sambal red chili paste. I usually mix 1/4 cup each of both the miso and teriyaki (so it's a 50/50 ratio), with a teaspoon of the chilli. The miso dressing is delicious by itself, or can be mixed with red chili to make a creamy chili sauce. Or you can mix red chili with ketchup, which goes with just about anything. ![]() ![]() ![]() |

I guess it would be horseradish on hamburgers, hotdogs, prime rib, because I can't stand the "red" sauces that burn my tongue.

There used to be a restaurant that made a wasabi cream sauce that went with their steak and pork. It had wasabi, mayo, and black pepper.

Franks Red Hot. Nothin but Cayenne Pepper, Vinegar, Salt, and Garlic.
For eggs, burgers, etc, I like Frank's Red Hot Wings Buffalo Sauce. ![]() ![]()

I went to a gathering of retailers, and the vendors were giving out stuff like candy and keychains. They let me have this pancho that goes on your Corona beer bottle. So naturally, I put it on my bottle of "Whoop Ass Hot Sauce".

Nando's Hot or Extra Hot. I've got almost the entire Nando's suite of sauces and they're all appropriate depending on the occassion and cuisine.

I put Sriracha on everything, and I mean everything. I use it on burgers, tuna salad, breakfast, even as a salad dressing. Isn't very spicy in my book, just good.
For actual spicyness... "La Anita" Extra Hot Habanero is my go-to. I don't find it much in stores but I pick a 4-pack up every time I am in Mexico.

I like the Barron brand West Indies Hot Sauce, the yellow is hot but the red is deadly hot. I can't find it here so I ration it out and mix it with Pace chunky salsa to kind of stretch it out. I think its made in St. Lucia but its all over the Caribbean, we load up every time we go.
