I wanted something tornado resistant to provide somewhere to go if one is coming. The corners are anchored to poured reinforced concrete piers that go down about four feet. Don’t know if it would stand up to an F5 but those are very rare in these parts.

For one of our business sites, I plan to use 2 shipping containers for storage and then put a roof between them for a shop. The shop will have garage roll up doors at both ends for a breeze.
