Sad news. Thoughts and prayers to Elissa, You, and Your Family.

Know how you all feel. Stepped on a nail 6 years ago and it got a MRSA infection. It was very aggressive. After 7 days and cutting away 1/3 of my foot they told me to put my affairs in order and planned for hospice. On the 14th day the infectious diseases doctor came in and gave me the good news, they found something to stop it. It was a huge relief. But the infection and the cure did cause lots of health problems that I am living with today. Diabetes, easily get infections, neuropathy, random sores from blood veins bursting, digestive disorders, and am slowly going blind. But am still living, gratefully.
