Sheesh.... first you admire it's beauty. Then you slice through the egg with an extremely sharp knife and watch it bleed its goodness out onto your plate... with your fork you enjoy the meat ( I actually prefer Crab Benedict when the Dungeness is in season) Then you carve off bits of the english muffin, skewer with your fork, swirl around to sop up the egg an hollandaise and enjoy. The perfect session is to pace the consumption of the english muffin so as to leave a perfectly clean plate. Then you move on to a Lemon Curd Crepe with Crčime Fraîche for dessert along side a Cafe au Lait....

Hell, just gimme an Egg McMuffin...this sounds like way to much trouble for someone who only has black coffee for breakfast

They should put McHollandaise in one of those little sauce packets...

A few years back...McDonalds did offer an eggs benedict breakfast sandwich. Not sure exactly what they called it...but it wasn't bad...the hollandaise sauce that they used was good.
