Rebuilt 915 won't shift

I had my 915 rebuilt last year. Car is still on the same jackstands as when I reinstalled the transaxle. I also converted to EFI, did some other stuff and generally moved at a non-urgent pace.

An issue I noticed is that it will not shift onto any gear when it is running. This is in addition to a few other transaxle related issues, but it is my main concern at the moment. It shifted OK when I tested it before I put it in the car. It just will not go into any gear with the engine running.

I don't think I screwed anything up installation-wise, but is it possible to put it in so that it will not shift?

Any input will be helpful. TIA. BTW, it has a brand new Sachs Power Clutch, and has been adjusted. At least I still have the shipping crate I built.

Clutch is stuck or not adjusted correctly.

Check the release fork to insure it’s engaged to the TOB
If it’s not engaged, it is now defective and needs replacing because the opening is suposed to be 75mm and will measure 80mm

I could be wrong, but the car is on jackstands, so there is no load on the power engagement. I should simply be able to shift it without even using the clutch. It does not want to select any gear at all.

Engine off, if you can shift into all gears, then the problem is not in the gear box.
Engine running, if you depress the clutch, and you cannot shift into any gear, then the clutch is not fully engaged. You need to adjust that.

I finally had some time today to look at what I think may be a culprit, the shift coupler. I figured I'd adjust the shift mechanism before I start troubleshooting the clutch. The coupler bushings were almost completely disintegrated. I was going to just make some new ones on my little lathe, but said the heck with it and ordered some from our host. Maybe this will fix the shift issues.

If the coupler bushings were "almost completely disintegrated" that would be the first place to start repair. My hunch is if all coupler and shifter bushings are replaced and adjusted properly you will be good to go. Here is a link that may help a bit:
