three sensor connectors on the left of engine
It's been a few years for me, there are three sensors on the left side of the engine right below the air blower. The middle one is the head temp sensor, what is the bottom one? They have both disintegrated due to age.

Motronic DME sensors.........
The three (3) DME sensors for Carrera 3.2 Motronic from bottom up are R (reference), S (speed), and T (temperature) with the plug connections all located near the heater blower. What model/year is your engine?

1987 911 Carrera.
So the bottom is Temp sensor, and the middle is speed sensor. Both engine-side connectors disintegrated on removal.
