What dimension are you looking for? The problem is when I post a jpg, Pelican shrinks the picture. Maybe someone can link to a better file. For example this is 3264 pix wide on my computer.

Those look like non-turbo trailing arms that have been relocated rearward and upward at the forward pickup point due to new mounting brackets.

You will likely find it easier to relocate the flare opening than to undo all that custom suspension fab work.

IMO the longer wheel base by moving rear wheels back is a GOOD thing.

Either way you’re in for some work to get that wheel in the right place.

If you’re going to fit new flared arches for wider tyres then maybe you can push those backwards and fill in the rest?. You can fill in the torsion bar hole while you’re at it.

Leave the torsion bar hole. Cut the QP behind the torsion bar hole. Offset cut the new flare and then slide it back. Plenty of metal to make up one inch there. Challenge will really be aligning the curvature of the top of the QP/flare.

Hey dudes. I have two new videos. One comes out tomorrow.

My latest video about the abandoned 1969 Porsche 911s race car that I'm converting back into a street car. This video is about fitting and installing the rear decklid latch panel, but first I have to cut and grind away the race-modified rear engine quick release mounts. This is the 6th video in the series, so if you're looking for some cool Porsche content to binge on, now's your chance.

Latch Panel, video 1: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EejDXRjhu_g

And here's the link to the whole playlist: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLpd6y-3BC1Z4BJ4KQ36wQDshyliZHyYfM

The 993 is the same WB as any 69-89 911. WB was not increased until 996.
RUF has a 993 that they have pushed the front wheels forward, and the rear wheels rearward.
The article is here - https://www.excellence-mag.com/issues/240/articles/200-mph-classics
He gets the arches correct and it makes the car look much more modern.
Might be some inspiration for your rear arches.

BTW really enjoy your videos.
Are you going SBC V-8?

No...at the moment I'm trying to decide between two powerplants. One is Japanese, and one is Porsche. They are both flat 6's though.

Passenger Quarter Panel Install

I got my passenger quarter panel trimmed pretty darn close. Am curious about the door gap. Can I dial it in with a little hammer/dolly on the inside if I want to move it a millimeter or two?

Here's the video of the process/install:

Also..I'm not exactly sure what to do about the existing lead filler. I may need to delete some of it so I can get to the metal to weld it. On the grey ghost, I hit it with a propane torch and it melted away. I'm planning on doing lead filler on this car for the drip rail delete, so I could probably do it here as well.
