Oil lines tapping inside front fender making clunking noise on bumps

Anybody have this problem? I have had 2 cars with the ER finned oil lines and both have had the same noise in the front fender. I took the wheel off and can duplicate the sound by grabbing the oil lines and pushing up and down. It seems like they are such a tight fit up top that they may be knocking against the inner fender. Just wondering if anybody else has noticed this. The noise happens on the smallest of bumps like a manhole cover or driveway lip. Very annoying and it clunks on compression and rebound of the suspension.Thanks.

No I did them when I installed them as a saw how it would be a problem with rubbing against the fender. They are pretty solid and don’t vibrate or move .
