It makes me wonder if one day a stock pristine 964 will be more valuable than an old Singer. |

Porsche? Today? Tuthill or Rothsport. TJ is still to run an event. That is the test, everything else is in name only.
In the past? See East African Safari and Paris Dakar 911/953/959. Also Cayenne in the Trans Siberia. You don't really want fins on the front... unless they break off easily in the first section.

Looks nice to play with. There really isn't anywhere near me that I could put it to use though. I'm sure it will inspire numerous conversions to a more off road spec. Most of the people I meet nowadays seem to like 911s because they are cool and iconic, and not because of any real passion for driving. For many, a jacked 911 will serve that purpose and take some jaunts down a fire road as well.
A lot of people are off roading Miatas now too, and conversions are very popular. A 911 is much more suited to the purpose, but people are getting out there and playing with their cars, and I suppose that is the point of our hobby when it isn't about being cool and trendy. that Singer really looks well developed though, and that is impressive. |

Not aero-treatments, just fancy mud flaps up front.
