I understand that you guys just sell what Porsche provides. Go out to the warehouse and open up one of those kits. The wrenches and screwdrivers look like the rejects from Harbor Freight. They are just garbage finished. For the price they should look like Snap On quality. I inspected a kit at Porsche Parade and I pointed out the crappy finish to the Porsche employee. His comment was that they are trying to replicate the patina of a 35 year old set of tools. Of course they are in a really fancy bag, not the original style tool roll, so that just does not make any sense.

I just can't bring myself to spend that much money on such low quality, simply embarrassing low quality tools. And why in the heck does the kit for my 1985 Carrera have a tow hook? Try to find a place to screw in the tow hook on my car. It must be right next to the power steering pump and the OBD2 port for the computer diagnostics.

Again, I understand you guys just sell what the factor supplies. It is not your fault it is just not up to the level it should be.
