This is sad finding Fred has passed away. I met him once at the Hershey, PA swap meet> I'd conversed with him far ~15 years as he 'will always be a member of the US PCA 1976-77 Carrera 3.0 Registry'!! RIP Fred

We've all lost a real character.
I worked for him one summer in Califon Went for a ride in the grey 911 R ...Fred at the wheel A lap of Bridgehampton too. In his 914 6 racer. His Irish green 914 6 led to my obsession with 6s A curvy buzz past the local bar (River Styx ?) at high speed....at nght Vast knowledge freely offered. Didn't speak to him often enough. He will be missed Rory Gallagher |

but never mentioned he had been ill. He mentioned he wanted to stay longer but had to cut his trip a bit short due to, I thought he said his wife thought he should get home sooner as his elderly dog was suffering in his absence.
