Looking for a source for CIS Injector Tubing

I have a 73 2.7S and need to refurbish the CIS. Anyone know where I can purchase bulk plastic tubing for the CIS fuel lines?

BelMetric carries several sizes and types of fuel hoses, including polyamid, which may be what you’re looking for. Give them a look online, I’ve had good success with them in times past.

Be careful sizing/sourcing the fuel tubing. There are multiple sizes in the CIS system.

The correct polyamide tubing for CIS injector lines (from the fuel distributor to the injectors) is Cohline part number 3012.0206 which is 2mm ID x 6mm OD.

There are others selling tubing with reduced wall thickness that will lead to injector pulsation over time.

I have not found the Cohline injector tubing available for sale in the USA the last time I purchased some (~18 months ago). I had to order from Europe:

Try the online company belmetric.com
They specialize in selling metric fuel lines vacuum lines and all kinds of metric fasteners.
They carry different sizes of the polyamid plastic line that is used for the fuel injection lines. Hope this helps.
It looks like the information posted just above mine is better to go by from fanaudical It sounds like he has the better source in Europe to order from

Unfortunately out of stock currently.

When you search with the Porsche Part number (see from the links above) you get much easier some results:
911.110.093.11
911.110.093.12

what about the exterior sheath that goes around it ? mine all broke away .. i'm sure it is not required but just does add that finishing touch.

I wouldn't take the risk and replace it. When the exterior sheath broke, then the rest won't be in better shape... The costs to replace it are literally nothing compared to a burned down 911...

You could also try Belmetric dot com something. They have fittings and tubing. The exterior rubber is for protection against chafing I think, it will crack. The Polymide tubing is very stable, however, in comparison to the rubber.

Try Unobtanium Supply. Ferrari's had CIS. They list kits in their catalog: http://www.unobtainiumsupply.com/UnobtainiumSupply_Product_List.PDF

They also have a tool for attaching the fittings, which is not a trivial exercise. See the last page.

These guys too: CIS Fuel Injection Fittings, Line, Banjo Fittings Midwest Shop Supplies

Lots of good threads here on replacement, here is one: How to Make Fuel Injection Lines

Or have BoxsterGT make you a new set.

I ordered from Verell Unobtainium at Ferrari Chat back in 2011 and the tubing was correct for my '73.5
Heres the old thread. The J2 Precision links seem to be expired
CIS Fuel Lines

The line Verell sold was Cohline 3011 3106 HIPHL-23. 6mm od vinyl Polyamide (vinyl) tubing. You don't want anything with a thinner wall as it could flex enough to cause injectors to pulse.
This is the closest I found from Cohline https://cohpro.com/product/polyamide-tube-3-15mm-id-6mm-od-black/

Len (boxstergt). Is the tubing guru.
Send your fittings to him, get new ones back

FWIW, the early 911 CIS did NOT have the sheath on the tubing.
