We should get together sometime, I'm still up in the air about Friday (my mother will be 87 in July and I don't like to venture too far off, even though she's more solid than I am) but a few of the people I would hang out with won't be able to make it

Seems to be overwhelmingly positive with regards to Pertronix, I'll give it some thought!

Didnt have timing light or test light and broke into licence plate wiring to time it. Took 45 min. Got a new magnetic wheel when i got home, and a spare. Never needed the spare because they had changed the plastic to glass impregnated and it never failed on me again.

Thanks guys, I was particularly interested in the original paint cars that were there. The ivory-ish 65 was paint to sample with a blue interior and was original paint as well as a couple others I posted. The Tangerine, irish green and mexico(?) blue were all original and stunningly clean. Very cool assortment of cars this year. The light green metallic (78?) turbo was nuts.

This was THE BEST Porsche gathering I’ve ever been to! But I’ve never been to Rennsport.

Great time for sure, the weather was actually pretty nice all things considered. I joked to my girlfriend this would be the first year where I don't get my Werks reunion sunburn.

Great turnout at main beach for the first kickoff show hosted by Classic motorsports mag. I know these are off topic but some cool stuff nonetheless. Took my single cab pickup.

I’m sorry I missed your single cab!! I had a great time walking around that rally. All in good fun! This Pinto won best in the Pinto class and this Jag one best of show.

I also met this great guy who drove his bus down from Virginia.

Had a sweet motor in it that he had to de-tune because it was a little too much for the bus!

On to prep a 1951 split window 356 today with a 5 year resto story at the Concourse.
