72T Headlights not working

Before I spend a bunch of time I thought I'd ask...

Headlights not working on my 72T via the dash switch - but when I pull the stalk the high beams come on, and then when I pull the dash light switch (at the same time) they drop to low beam.

Thoughts?

The high-lo relay is not the same as the common round relays.

Did the lights used to work properly? What changes have you made since then?

Never had an issue with the headlights in the past - car was stored over the cold season - was unaware of any issues prior to parking it up for winter.

Fuses all look good.

Only recent changes were a new fuel pump relay (top popped off the old one), and a new high torque starter (OEM unit was getting sticky).

Check the fusee on both sides with a test light or multimeter.
