If you guys hold the 04 event in Canada, I'll bring my car up from Los Angeles.
Jack, if you do make it next year could you do us all a favor?

Stop by TRE on your way out of town, grab Tyson by the short hairs and stuff him in the passenger seat.

Thanks,

Hey. . .wait a sec. . . did Jack just say I'm usually unreasonable?

"I'll bring my car up from Los Angeles. "
Jack, You wouldn't really drive BB2 all that way. (?)
. . . as demonstated on this last round-up, Jaguars (or Cadilacs) are not a good fit in the pack.

Good on you, Jack! We will count on seeing you on the weekend of July 24th, 2004. It's my turn to host the Round-Up in '04, and I promise a great time for all attendees.

As a matter of fact, Mrs Z and I did a little run on the weekend to check out some potential roads. Round-Up '04 should be another fantastic event! Stay tuned.

Missed this years at the last minute...... but count me in for next year!
Nelson area would be good, close to the border so we'll get a better turn out from US side.
Just finished a renovation to the Cranbrook Hospital and drove down to the area using about three different routes. If you need any feedback, let me know, but there's some beautiful roads/lakes and scenery through the area, which I've driven most of.
Could be too far East though? Maybe Penticton area?
How about Whistler? Anyway, it's all a stones throw for me from Salmon Arm.
Thanks for your efforts!

I have been driving up to Canada (Vancouver/Richmond) several times a month for the last twenty somewhat years to see the grandparents and now to see my girlfriend and have not been unfortunate enough to experience any of the violence and property damage that has been previously posted. I suppose there will be the ocasional group of idiots out there that will make the news and tarnish the reputation for their respective country. These appear to be isolated incidents and shouldn't occur when a large group of us arrive at any one location.
Though I missed this years roundup, I will definitely participate in a Can-Am event next year. My passport is well used.

Doug are those dates set in stone already? I am wondering if I start begging the guys for the time off now if I may be able to swindle some of the senior guys to letting me have it

I DO NOT want to miss another

Give us a hint for the route youy are thinking? I like the Alberta idea as lots have mentioned but I didn't hear any Albertans jump up to volunteer (me included) maybe we'll get together and plan 06 for Alberta

Hi there, Shawn!
We all missed you on this years (terrific) Round-Up. I'm already working on Round-Up 2004. The date will be July 24-25th, 2004. Make your arrangements NOW!

I'm leaning towards a route in and around Penticton BC...that is if there is anything left of the BC Interior after the forest fires. Here on the coast, we are feeling very sad for our friends in the Interior. Our best wishes go out to them.

BTW...the Round-Up webpage will soon have an assortment of fine pics from this years event. Stay tuned!
