New Starting Problem

When I go to start the SC, it will fire and then die immediately. I go through this a few times before the engine stays running. Once is finally starts, it will go through a normal warmup (increased idle for a couple minutes) and then settle down. Any ideas? Could it be the WUR?

I have already done a tune up about 4k ago. After the car starts and stays running everything is fine. The CO levels are right on that is why I am leaning towards the WUR. Any more thoughts???

As mentioned here *many* times before, you can't do very much CIS troubleshooting, without a pressure test kit.
