These were taken a couple years ago during a solo road trip on the Blue Ridge Parkway in December... great memories!

One messing with a jenky armature to get the blur on the wheels. I was letting the car coast down a slight incline and using a long exposure and filter to knock down the sunlight.

You guys are inseparable. I guess you will need some racing tires or more power if you want to distance yourself from her.

I have always loved 914's. And love seeing this cool one framed by those awesome flat-iron mountains! Nice pic. Lived in CO '92 to '96. If you want a drive strait into heaven, start out in downtown Boulder and just drive up into the mountains. (oops.. hope I didn't spoil it for you guys!)

nkgosselin,

Great effect on the SC shot! Nice interaction between the movement of the car and the super-imposed 911SC script.

marksgtv,

This is quite an unmistakable car. Here is another shot so you will know its the one you were thinking of..

On old Route 66, high in the mountains above Oatman, AZ. You better have your game face on for this one. Sharp drop backs, long drop offs, primitive to no guard rails. Porsche heaven! This station was supposedly the inspiration for the movie "Cars."
