New lightweight model introduced. Built for speed!

My wife gave birth to our first child yesterday. He tipped he scales at a a trim 6lbs 2oz wet. Wheelbase of 19 inches. His large feet are sure indicators of a leadfoot future. Just wanted to share with you guys and let you know I will have some pics up later. Everyone is fine and I watched the whole c section which let me tell you is for lack of a better word a violent procedure, nothing like they tell you you about before hand. Woohoo.

Paul, I just had to tell you that Maxwell is one of the cutest babies I have ever seen. He looks like a blast to be around.

Congratulations Lendaddy! Yeah the C-sections are a trip huh? I remember the doctor digging around in her guts until he found the baby!! Like someting out of a Sci-Fi movie...

My youngest is two now and as you see here, I am training him to do my stuff at work so I can go drive my Porsche!! Enjoy the new guy!!

Sorry, I got sidetracked and did not congratulate the new father. Congratulations on the birth of your new son. I have one who is almost 13 and would not trade him for anything.

If I had driven 917-30s competitively back in the '70s, my funnest toys to this day would still be my two children. Hands down. Yes, life as you know it will stop now, and the universe will revolve around that new creature in your house. Sleepless nights, tight budget, no free time, and you'll think you're in Heaven. It's the white-knuckle ride that truly satisfies. 'Nuff said except....contratulations. Your television is now useless/powerless.

Paul that is quite a face he's got there.

Lendaddy,
That's great to hear. Your first son? What a joy. My dear wife just gave me my second son on November 25. He is Zachary Joseph and just doing great (8 lbs 8 oz at birth) I have a son Garrett who's 2.5 and a daughter Hannah who's 5.5. They are a wonder.

Congratulations! I'm sure, as you said, life is about to get pretty interesting! I'm with Jim; do you have that car seat fitted, yet? I understand that sleep will soon be a luxury.
