Hinge production is up and running. Well walking anyway.
I have sent out the first set of Titanium hinges and am awaiting his critique. The second set is welded up and ready to go. I should have all the Titanium hinges at the welder within a week or so. I am shipping them USPS 2nd day and they include SS button head bolts and SS nylock nuts. Everyone that replied to the first post is on a list and will be contacted shortly for payment and shipping info. I will be taking more orders soon. Here is a shot of 911CTS (Clint) hinges ready to pack up and ship. The welder is incredible!

hinges
shawn, as the recipient of the first set of hinges, i feel compelled to comment! Excellent workmanship! i have not mounted them as yet, but hope to do so in the next few days. i bought them due to the trick nature of the product. i saw my first set of original ones on an early s just a few weeks before you mailed my set out......at any rate, very good product and the packaging was excellent. thanks, again
another good product similar to the headlight relay kit built by pelican board members...thanks

911cts,
Wife confirmed your payment is at the house. I will pack them up tonight and you should have them in a couple days. lin7310948, I am glad you like them. Let me know how the install goes and if anything pops up that I can improve on. And lastly post some pics ASAP!

The last of the Ti hinges are at the welder and will be ready to ship on Tuesday. Dave at TRE if you are out there let me know if you still want your two sets. I have tried E-mail and PM with no success. I am gonna take a short break and sand on my car awhile before I start on the SS hinges. Thanks for everyones patience.

I don't suppose you'd like to stamp and drill some Ti copies of the stock 911 hinges for us non-R people....?

Joe,
Thanks. The welds just make my hackjob look good! I am gonna spend some time getting my car ready for paint. Then get the SS sets out. After that...I have some ideas rolling around in my head. Something lightweight and borderline ridiculous. Hey, its what I do.

Juan,
$150 a set for the Ti ones and $100 a set for the SS ones. The Ti sets are all sold for now and i will run some SS ones in the near future.
