P.S. Wayne, I tried posting 2 different pix. After I attached them, I got a message window that said "upload finished" but the link to the photo never appeared.

One last time....

"You attempted to upload a file totaling 683419 bytes. This exceeds the maximum limit of 100000 bytes (100k). Please go back and select a smaller image."

I think I will just resize them here.

And for whatever reason the smiles arent working for me either. I have a "done, but with errors on page." message at the bottom of my browser.

Wayne, if it was too long ago, you were in jail bait country. Beeee caaaaareful!!!

But in your dreams, it was OK. I took Charlize Theron out for dinner the other night, or . . . . was that in my dreams, too?

Another try, originally 300K file:

Its working now, so the supposed "browser issues" must be self-correcting. Smilies are back, too.

Resize feature is nice, Wayne.

Can anyone suggest why it won't work for me? I'm using Win XP.

I get the same message others had and I have tried six times to upload but still get the message

"You attempted to upload a file totaling 683419 bytes. This exceeds the maximum limit of 100000 bytes (100k). Please go back and select a smaller image."

smilies work tho!

Thanks
Mark

Really long images will still give you this error. Try one that's more fat than long...

Wayne,

I'm using Win 2000 and when I go into threads with automatically resized images the width of the image is over by a hair. The horizontal scroll bar shows at the bottom of my screen.

My resolution is at 1024 x 768.

Thought you might want to know.
