help finding rebuild kit for 951 calipers

This brake upgrade is getting more expensive by the mod.l bought my calipers at the Pomona swap, cheap and loaded with new Ferodo`s,l couldn`t lose, the seller stated they were from a 944 turbo. So after welding, machining ,blasting and now red powdercoating l need to purchase and install the rebuild kits. Our host doesn`t have any,Performance same thing.Mid America has them but there`s two different options and they`re not cheap either,$40.00- $70.00 per caliper! Can anyone help identify which kit l need? One kit applies to 928s/s4 86-88,944t 86-89,944s2 87-89,944ts 88 and the other option fits 944t/s2 89-91,968 92-95 that`s the front kits, rears are the same designations.l don`t really want to order all of them and send back what l don`t need....also is that a good price? l know there`s some brake guru`s out there, any help appreciated,as always

928s/s4 86-88,944t 86-89,944s2 87-89,944ts 88 these use 36/44 pistons and are the recognizable by their large size and radial mounts. This is a 928S4/993 front ignore the color

944t/s2 89-91,968 92-95 these use 36/40 pistons and are recognizable by their small size and axial mounts. This is the small caliper
There were some oddballs used at times so it's best to pop the pistons and measure to be sure

One last issue, there are 2 styles of piston/seal
New style

Old style

I added these somewhat recently:

The link to the chart I put together is currently not live, however it is also listed in our 911 brake wizard. For that purpose, I only included 911 applications, but could expand on it. Check here:

Eugene 2 nits here, in the Late-Model 911 Brake Caliper Seal Kits the 993RS rears are 30/36 and the 993tt are 28/28 though I have been told by several tt owners that they have 30/28 all the ones that I have are 28/28. Here's the pic from my 993RS spiders, the big ones are the front the small are the rear.

Hmm... I'll have to collaborate with you more often, Bill. I should've known better than to trust Porsche's vague documentation. If you don't mind, I'll email you from time to time. Thanks again!

Resurecting an old thread. Can someone, Bill V?, help with a rebuild on calipers with old style seals versus new style seals? I can't seem to get the seals/dust boots off the 951 calipers with the old style. Also, I noted the newer style uses pistons with the large groove around the top aloowing the use of the newer style seal, while the older style uses pistons that are smooth all the way to the top. Any help would be appreciated.

John
