Thanks for all the info. I bought the LM1 a/f meter and will try it out Mon. on the race car. Then use it to dial in the 3.2 starting with the jet sizes you listed. Couldn't musture any interest in the Targa in it's currenct configuration. I've taken most of l the race & trick stuff off and returning it to near stock. I'll swap out the 3.2 and install the original 2.4 (now with 40mm webers) I'll relist it at a lower price after I've finished. The 3.2 is going into my '68 v.w. crewcab, (currently using the 2.4) should be exciting!. All the race stuff will go on my other cars.

gumba,
How did this jetting work out for you? I am working on a project of 46 PMO's on a 3.2L. I was searching about which distributor to use and saw this. The PMO's I am getting have 41.5 venturi's and expect them to be too large for a street motor. 2.7/3.2 Dizzy for carbs

Curious what is the penalty in gas mileage? I get around 25 mpg freeway with my 3.2 DME in my 914. Is ITB’s better than Weber’s for mpg?
