I'm in... All of the fiberglass is here and the heads are done... Transmission will be done this week, flares are going on in the next week or so.

Geof33: I'm interested in your Jetronic wiring harness if your thinking of parting with it.

Tim,
Your project looks very impressive. Would you be able to share the drawings for the car rotisserie? I looks like it is a great tool to help with the rebuilding process.

Uh oh. I was going to check for Scuba too (sorry Scuba). I'll get back to you on that. I think I've still got them around somewhere.

I'm working on a design for a rotisserie for an early 911. I can give measurements based on my car when I get the plans finalized.

Here is mine a 1971T (Wifey's)
The gold one is pretty decent, at least that was what I was told.
It was truly worse than presented. But I went on and bought it.
There is rust in the Rockers, appears to be the outers, especially on the passenger side. I will replace both sides. The cowl has some rust that will need to be attended to. The headlight buckets, The rear window (bottom corner) all have some issues.
The battery boxes and the Pan have been replaced. All else appear to be fine. The interior is in great shap, the dash is pretty close to new. This car is weird in hat was preserved and what wasn't. It presented pretty well, when I started taking of trim it was a little disappointing... The bumpers, decklid, hoods all have just surface rust, they will make someone great pieces. This car will become a RS clone for my wife, sporting a 3.2ltr motor... Steel flares and all.

I'll show mine in another post..

Here is mine. It will be a RSR with a 3.6 supercharged or 3.8ltr mated to a G50 with LSD and a trans cooler. Custom gear ratios by Mr. Weiner... All the suspension and BB stuff. Steel flares and a Autosport roll bar.. I will be tarcking it...

This is another 71T , with lots of S parts. This car is very clean, grew up out west. No rust issues, as it has been stripped to bare metal and painted. (Yellow, BTDT) I will repaint this to a custom mixed color, (Titanium Greyish) with red accents. 3 pc. 17" Fuch replicas.. This is the plan so far. The checkbook will determine the final outcome.
This car has a 2.2 (modified) and webbers, and a 901 trans. They will all be sold off sooner or later. As will the 6-es.

The next pic is of my first attempt at this... I just love the classic lines from 71-73 muuuch better.

83 ROW CAB
258K daily driver
Started restoration because of rust above headlight bucket. This was the only rust on the tub that was hidden behind the stone gaurd that was holding it all together.

As of last night the project is complete except for the top and the interior.
Finished pictures to come!

My trunk got some attention........can you say WURTH I took most of the stuff out and wurth the gas tank. Then decided to do the whole trunk space. I don't know if this was a bad idea but I think it looks good and will protect against the elements.
