I see Carl Thompson uses the incorrect 350 mm Momo Prototypo steering wheel available everywhere here today...instead of the period correct 370-380 mm one.....hmmm?????

Knobs are around $75.
Yes. A brand new prototipo in a 917 is just plain wrong. I wouldn't even put one in my hot rod. Vintage is the coolest
