If memory serves, ******** "specialized" in European cars with a focus on Ferraris. I visited them a few times when I lived in Indy.
Car sounds great by the way. (You should try a 930 with a 915, you'd like it.)

Just realized something else, I think it has short gears as well. The speedo reads high which seem to indicate such. The tranny was completely redone at the same time, but a comlpete idiot must have driven it as first is way tougher to get into than such a low mileage rebuild shoud be. The other gears are very smooth.

******** wanted to specialize in Ferrari's but they were just a regular foreign car shop. They went under about 5 years ago. I have a friend who took his 348 Ferrari to them and the car never was right after that. He had major problems with them. I don't know of anyone else who used them. I never did.
