930 with SC cam ??

What type of gains can you get from changing stock 930 3.3 L cam profile with an SC grind camshaft ???

Keeping in mind that my other mods are only a K-27 and a single outlet PowerHaus muffler and stock exchangers. The car is Canadian (ROW = 300 HP stock)

better low end response. like now, when you take off from a stop, or try to accelerate from 30mph in 2nd, there ain't a whole lot of pickup for a while.

what type of cam would be the best match for a K-27 1100.

is there a horsepower number that could be associated with the SC ???

I have SC cams in my engine. Difference is dramatic. The turbo 3.3L lays down MORE torque now than the modded 3.0L SC engine it replaced. Maked for excellent driveability. Torque is good.
A 930 engine with K27, SC cams, aftermarket or Euro exhaust, and larger intercooler should put down HP numbers close to 400. A search on the topic should verify that number. The formula is tried and true.

Would an improvement be found using SC cams in a 92` 3.3 turbo ? I guess you would call them 965 cams .

Are you sure your tools fit post 73 Porsches, Kurt? I know you have some modern wrenches for the Z, but it seems kind of out of your character to work on Porsches with rubber bumpers Or are you refering to the 69' with the retrofitted engine?

what would the best cam be to put in for the most power assuming an otherwise stock configuration ?

And is it still relatively still street driveable?

Yes you are correct . Its a 69` with the c2 turbo engine . Good eye.
