Very nice. What keeps the dirt out (covers?) And, do you shim those to take up the thrust slack?
Will we see those on the 12th of June?
Pat

The same is said concerning the springplates and the rear pivot arms and their associated bushings.
dd74 - I am interested in this comment. It seems conventional wisdom on this board dictates that rubber bushings deteriorate with time and that rubber also "flows" with time.

I have not seen info that contradicts that view point. Do you happen to have a link to a particular thread containing that info? Or would you mind stating who believes the rubber never needs changing so I can do a better search (no luck so far)? If discretion is important, maybe you could PM the details to me. I'm very curious about this.

Thanks,

Dan

You don't have to look far to see metal to metal contact on many well worn, 20 year old, A-arms.

Dane,

The only thing that comes to mind is that in any race setup there is more maintenance, with the needle bearing I would just clean more often, other than that I would worry more about how to keep rubber on the car, I would need a second job!! LOL

Scott, I have to agree. After a 1500 mile weekend I need to get the grease gun out to lower the noise again.

Tires? You already know how that goes. Going to try for one more hill climb out of these, then they really are toast
