AIR was the first I remember selling these. Perhaps a call is in order. Below is an old and poor scan of the part. At least it shows a part#. (I think they meant Splitters not Splinters...lol)
If AIR doesn't carry maybe Thom ("Widebody") will make a batch.

Imagine Auto was the manufactor of the 1/4 extensions.
They have sold the molds and are no longer available. If someone else/new manufactor is now making these extensions I would be interested also.
