My first 3.2, starting issue

So....cranking the motor, starts and immediately dies.....what do I adjust?

Stepping on the throttle while cranking does nothing....bump starts and runs immediately....

You don't have it listed so not sure if it is a stock Carrera, something with a stock Motronic driving it, or some sort of Frankenstein abortion thing with carbs, MFI, or CIS on it...

One thing is that a Motronic car is supposed to be started with no throttle input. Just turn the key.

Yep....it's stock...but it's in a 914/6. LOOKs like I have it narrowed down to an issue with the ignition switch.
