Great stuff Wim !!

Als ik nog eens iets nodig heb voor mijn 2.4T of voor de resto van de 1972 2.4E tot RS-prototype (breed achteraan, maar geen ducktail en een standaard S voorbumper.....+ het olieklepje).......even Apeldoorn bellen

groeten

Wim,

Is that an original RS in Metallic Blue? Nice car.

Excellent work you're doing. Thanks for sharing.

The bleu one is an original RS, later that year it was converted to a lightweight model and painted white.
The right one is also an original one and still in Holland now Vin 9113600075

Shame about the colour change, IMO. Not many were delivered in Metallic Blue and they certainly are quite rare these days. Obviously, it's one of my favorite colours on an early 911.

the color change is a bad thing i agree whit you, But in the late 80's the money was not that high like these days for an RS.
Some more pics of the RSR air-jacks and other stuff.

Are they quite enough for the tracks here?

Jeroen, i believe that are BB headers, custom made mufflers, and just planning to drive no- limit db races, there are a few in Europe, Zolder has the most i think.
I don't like races where they sound like vacuum-cleaners, do you!!
How is your project doing!!, Or do you have to become 200 years in age to finish them all like me,
Cees, you're always welcome, just give me a call in advance.

Wim, Zolder has a very strickt 95dB limit
you get one warning, on the second one you're going home

Zandvoort has a limit, but it isn't enforced as strictly (if seen some loud cars running there)

Spa has NO limits, you can run straight pipes, megaphones, anything you like

Haven't touched my project car in months
I bought a real nice 3.2 for the 914 and it's just sitting there, next to the car...
Starting up a new business takes up most of my time these days

Jeroen, i wanted to use these ones, i think they will sounds awesome!
Then it will be Spa for sure
Lots of real RSR parts are still here for many years from the old days, i want to use them.
On the shell they are no good i think.

So far i can see your 914-6 will be a great car to drive, maybe we meet sometime at the track
I wish you the very best whit your new business, what kind of business are you starting up right now if i may ask!
