Yes. They made a few a couple of years back for me and another guy. I think they were $75 each. If you are interested in getting one, email me at olsenjack (at) gmail.com, and I'll see if I can't dig up the old information.

Looks good so far. Don't let your fear of welding force you into fiberglassing those mirror holes. It would be a shame.
Are you planning doing full rear glass qtrs or just buying the flares? |

All I have seen so far are the full FG qtr panels. So that is what I was going to install. Between the knee surgery (which I can say today that I now feel great!!), taking the family on a 5 week vacation (well... 3 week vacation and 2 weeks working remotely), now a business trip to Munich, Germany... the project is just sitting pretty in the garage ![]() The idea of just going RS instead and save some time is starting to cross my mind... I better order the qtr panels to avoid going back... I hope to do something this week before heading out to Germany... I hope... ![]()

Well... with the knee all better now and vacation over... even if work is high... I will start working on the car again.
Will remove all the rear parts tonight. Rear qtr panels and bumper ordered. I went with GT Racing again... I just like how responsive Hank is. I hope to have better luck with the fitment of those. The front really took some work. But since I have no prior experience I am not sure if it was normal effort or not... anyway... back to working the car!!

A few photos... not much... just removed the rear bumper... the next part is where the real commitment comes to play... once I cut that metal there is no way back.... A model I got while in the Porsche museum... positive I could have found that cheaper somewhere else... ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() and I moved it to the lift in preparation for when the parts come in.... ![]() That is all for today.... not much really but at least I am back working on it...

hey Wachuko,
your ramps to prep the raise for your floor lift is awesome!! what lift brand is that? how high does it lift? where can one buy that lift? how much do they cost? if you had to do it all over again, would you buy one again? thanks again and keep the project rollin! Your doing a great job!!! Makes me think of doing the same... I'll see how much work yours takes first though...I dont know if I could get this motivated and nerve up to cut my fenders... I guess one has to keep thinking of the end result and what a result an RSR would be!! Boy how I would love to have an RSR replica!! Bob

![]() I have to be honest... I was looking for a project car to turn into the car in the first post... when I found this one, for a few days after I bought it I thought of leaving it alone... looked to good to mess up... wife and father-in-law kept telling me to leave it alone... I need to make sure I finish this project and do it well or I will be kicking myself (for messing up a nice car) for many many years... ![]()
