Valve adjust "tech session" in DFW area this Saturday 2/24

Sorta last minute here....I'm going to put my 911 up on the lift this weekend for her every other year list of projects. The first on the list is a valve adjust, but I'll also be adjusting the clutch, service air filter, inspect pads/flush brake fluid, and last-but not least: new Torsion Bars.

I don't intend to get this all done in one day, but I am focusing on the stuff other than the t-bar upgrade. So if anyone is bored and wants to come by, feel free to PM me for directions. Probably starting between 9 and 10. May rain in the morning, but Saturday afternoon should be great.

If nothing else, a good opportunity to BS and perhaps partake in a couple of cold beverages.

I'll probably be working on her Sunday too.

Bummer

Man, wish you lived closer to Memphis. I would really like to take part in a valve adjust.

Well, I'm not an expert, but I've done it a couple of times before. The big thing is I'm eager to try my island911 valve adjust tool for the first time!

Damn, I would love to come. Valve adjustment is my favorite DIY job.

Won't make this one Ed. You know where I'll be, listening to the sweet sounds of squealing street tires, redlined 3.2 and crunching gearbox as I continue my quest to loop the 911.

Maybe rain on Sat? Sweet this oughta be fun!

Have a good time. I wish I coulda done this DE, but she's going to be awesome for the next one. Looks like you may get a wet morning, and dry afternoon tomorrow, and Sunday should be great. Mixing it up like that is pretty fun, but watch out for spinning cars.
