How difficult?
I posted a while back about my 3.2 surging on cold idle, well I took it to the garage and my mechanic told me that the fuel pressure regulator was duff and possibly a fault with the motronic box, I have since removed the box and had an auto electrician pal of mine check it over and he re soldered several suspect cold solder joints, however my mechanic now tells me it will be around 3 weeks before he can get the car booked in again as he has so much work and not enough staff
![]() My question is, How difficult is it to fit a new fuel pressure regulator, I ain't totally stupid when it comes to mechanical things but not too keen on messing with fuel lines etc, any advise would be gratefully received ![]() |

It's in a really bad spot to access. A partial engine drop would help.
Good luck! |
