Okay, if I have to make my own bushings, does anyone have suggestions on materials? Grade of brass etc?

I bought my fuel pressure regulator, linkages, Weber parts, etc... all from Pierce Manifolds and they treated me well and they know their stuff! If they don't list the parts you need on their website, just call them.

John,
Glad to hear that. Pierce treated me very well last fall when I ordered everything I needed for my Weber conversion. Good luck, I'm really enjoying my Webers!
