Where is the autocross at? I'd like to come up if the weather is decent. I won't race but I'd like to check it out, never been to one.

P-cars to P-Town, SEMBC

Our annual fall "Breakfast Club" run to Cape Cod is scheduled for Sat., Nov. 22nd, meeting time 9:00AM, Sandwich, Ma. We will meet at Sandwich Antiques Center, #131 Rt. 6A, Sandwich, Ma.
We are promoting this as a "bring your spouse (girlfriend) event. There will be pit stops, viewing stops, and lunch at a neat Seafood restaurant in Wellfleet on the water, (there will also be some cranking roads). We will cruise out to Provincetown and Race Pt.
Please let me know if you are going to make it so I can let the restaurant know numbers.
regards,
Paul

just put a new motor in the bike (it's air-cooled), so if the weather is dry, I'll be there.

Hey Mark, toss my ballcap in the car if you're coming?

Got the new sunvisors in the '84, and the rollbar's still in there. Maybe I'll play with the ^&*^&*^%*!!!976T%^!! video camera on the rollbar again.

Hoping for two here, Paul!

motorracer,
Don't let the rain change your mind on having some fun; check the condition of your wiper blades. By the way this run will be @ a 50% discount in fuel cost; gas up.
Lets see a pic of your 930...newbee!

Last time we did a run, gas prices were at $3.50 / premium, I just filled at $2.39 / premium.

See, I got ya Bob...

Mark, I get my hat back or I force you to go back to Juiceeeeeeeeeeees, and without a rabies shot this time.

Newbies are ALWAYS welcome. Rain, shine, even ICE, we GO GO GO! Drop tops are mandatory top-down in sunny weather. Dress warm.

If you stick with us for the day, you should be back to Boston by 3:00-3:30, some guys may do part of the run and bail ealier - very relaxed - no rules, no requirements, as of course this is a non-organized unplanned get together.

With no liability whatsoever...

Well actually, I consider my lack of a 300hp 3.6L a liability...

Shaun, nice bike! Is it new to you? (I haven't been keeping up with things I guess.) I was in the market for a Ducati, but the 900 riding position made my hand fall asleep in 10 minutes.

Last time I filled up... gas was over $4.00 a gallon.

Its good to let the baby cry in the rain now and then, some day when your out driving on a sunny day and a rain cloud dumps on you, you don't want your baby to **** the bed. Nice looking baby!

I was at a auto-cross event and the rain came down pretty heavy for awhile, no problem w/ the wipers but I did loose my fresh air blower motor for wind shield defrost. I was running with my heat on to keep the wind shield from fogging up, got pretty hot with a helmet on.

Thanks Jake, I did get it recently. The bike is the spiritual reincarnation of my 84 Targa and nothing puts a smile on my face faster, though if I ever get the E done, it will give the Duc a serious run for its money.

I must have just the right body shape to ride this thing because I've heard that a lot but can ride it anywhere, for long distances in relative comfort. Sometimes I guess it's good to be 5'10" . I think the ST's are much more comfortable but still all Ducati. the sound is really something!
