A few pictures from Lars Anderson.

Anyone that hasn't seen Jim Logan's car needs to spend a couple hours looking at all of the cool details, and the paint is unbelievable - no decals, this is all paint! ..... Jim, you're lucky that one can't be committed for OCD.

I'll let Jim tell you about the covers. Not unobtainium.

Are those ear plugs laying on the dash? I did not feel like driving 3 3/4 hours + the forecast ( hot + thunder storms) so I'll just be content to enjoy the photos

Jim,
Great to see you on Sat. The shots of Jim Logans car are great. He and I left at the same time and had a bit of a run down rt 9 and rt. 128 and I can tell you that his car sounds and performs as great as it looks. Not only did he need ear plugs but I could have used them also, man is that car loud! It certainly got a few stares on the highway.
Were you as surprized as I was that there were so few longhoods at the show? I know they are hiding out there somewhere. Come on out, come on out, or we will have to hunt you down!
regards,
Paul

Paul, great to see you too ... although I was disappointed that there weren't any beer coupons this time! I was surprised at the early car turnout. I'm afraid I might have to miss the drive next weekend (it's Sat. the 22nd right?) as my son has a motorcycle enduro that he is riding and I'm his pit crew.

Here is some T/R inspiration for you from Lime Rock last week.

I spent quite a while drooling over Jim Logan's car at the Larz event a couple years back. So many great details!

Paul -

How about getting the breakfast club together at F1 in Braintree and doing some karting? Open till 12 PM every night - it would be a blast to have 20 people there and the track to ourselves.................next weekend is too long to wait to do some drivin'- don't ya think.

JG,
Thanks for the T/R photos. Makes me want to rip of my sugar scoops and get the correct lights.
Yes, the Sept. run is on the 22nd, sorry you can't make it. I am in planning stages, with Peter Smith from Sandwich, for the Oct. run and will post that soon.
And finally, please do not expect free beer coupons from me at every event!
Paul

Southeastern Ma. "Breakfast Club" Run

Just a quick reminder, Our September run is next Sat. Sept. 22nd, 8:30 at Rietzl Porsche Audi, 59 Pond St., Norwell, Ma. Several of us are planning on heading to a neat restaurant at the end of the run that has views of the entrance of Cape Cod Canal. If you are interested in joining us please let me know so I can give the restaurant a head count. These runs are not Porsche exclusive, although we need the longhoods as a majority, strengh in numbers!
regards,
Paul

"BC" Run

Art,
Sorry it's so late, just got in. I expect that we will get down to Sandwich around 11:30. I e-mailed Don the address and directions to Heritage Museum and Gardens. If you have any questions give me a call on my cell. 617-799-1263. Look forward to seeing you.
Paul
