Porsche Crest scwdp badge install then put to bed

Installed my new grill badge then washed her before winter arrives. Weather forecast is for snow to show up tonight or tomorrow. Enjoy the pictures, but please be easy on me, this is my first post.

Wow, nice ride! I particularly like the interior - do you have any more shots?

Wow, really nice.

Is that slate grey?

Is that a Wevo shifter?

What year?

I'm in Hudson, just down the road from you.

targa,
thanks for the compliment, she has been in the family for over 15 years, and well taken care of. she a 80 sc weissach limited addition. They had special color interior trim. I've already put the car cover on her for the winter, but maybe later I could take more pictures. I'm planning to do a modified rear bumper change over the winter also, will post pictures.
thanks again.

Excellent Tom! Badge looks great, but I think it is mostly the car! WOW, I was thinking same thing about the front. Awesome!

Sweet ride. My SC is going to be put away now that the salt trucks have come around.

What exhaust are you running with your carbs?

Awsome ride. The front bumper is just plain mean looking, and i've always been a sucker for RUF wheels.

buckterrier and V8 ranch (shane),
the front valance piece is a 930s replica in fiberglass that I got from GT racing. I installed it to run a B&B front oil coiler unit, to help out at track events. Shane, the badge looks great, my compliments to you for taking on the scwdp fight, maybe someday I can make it down to one of your fun runs. The shifter knob is a one of a kind that my brother helped me make out of aluminium, to raise the height the knob to get it closer to the steering wheel, like rally cars and modern sports cars do now.

Oh haha,
I run SSI heat exchangers and a Dansk '74 , 2 in 2 out style muffler, I've been very happy with muffler unit so far. The engine has been increased to 3.1 liters (97mmX70.4mm) and has many goodies inside. The carbs are 40 IDT's units, which took some time to get right, but haven't had to be touched in 2 years since I got them right.

Looks a lot like the RUF front bumper... what's the rear look like?

Seems like the shifter would make the throws very long. Looks cool. Have a short shift kit with it?

Was going to say that I hope you saved the original seats with that neat interior, but there are so many mods, I'm not sure it matters.

Very nice ride.

Look up 6 or 7 posts. Then google 'GT Racing'.

I don;t think Wayne sells these, so here you go... scroll down to bottom of page 5 and look on the left side... there it is.

TRE and some of the others might have something similar/same as well...
