Two what are these questions
First one what is this near my finger?
![]() Second, any ideas what these these wires are that are not connected to anything. They're hanging down inside near the rear bumper- driver's side ![]() I was undermeath cleaning up some stuff while I have the wheels off and noticed these. Man, there was some old guck in there. 79 SC. Thanks

temp sensor for automatic climate control, which used to be attached to the heater valve up there, and euro rear fog light wires, that are on just about every car with or without the light.

Thanks, so is that temp sensor supposed to be hooked up to anything?

The temp sensor is riveted to a 4" tube that is installed between the heater valve and the top end of the heater hose. The sensor sticks into the stream of heated air coming from the heat exchangers.
