dme core value

Anyone know what the value of a dme core is. It was working intermittently when removed from my car. '86 U.S., dme 911.618.111.05

I believe it was a fairly high $ core fee. I believe the last I saw a listing about the core fee, it was over $150.00. I have no idea what it would be now.
