What's the "L" for in the paint code?
Hi all,
The paint code for my '71 911E reads "2020 - L". I know the 2020 is for Pastel Blue, but what does the "L" mean? thanks! |

The german word for "paint" starts with "L", its something like "Lach".

Sander, the 'L' in the paint code refers to the original paint supplier - in this case Lechler. (G= Glasurit H= Herbol L= Lechler)
