Fabspeed vs Max-Speed

I have the choice of two cat bypass pipes: Fabspeed for $285.00 with gaskets and the Max-Speed for $199.00 without, are these parts the same or is one superior to the other.

Save yourself the money and go with the cheaper one. A friend has the cheapest of the cat bypass pipes (the straight, plain steel design) and it gets the job done. My shiny Fabspeed sounds a bit smoother but there's no real performance difference between all the different offerings out there.

I use the pudgy Fabspeed premuffler bypass, and once I accidentally forgot to replace it with the catalytic converter before I went through DEQ testing for emissions but the guy at the DEQ center didn't notice, even though he was looking for a cat with his mirror. Passed with flying colors.

If you choose to go with Fabspeed I have one with about 5hrs on it I can sell you. I did not realize when I bought my car it already had a cat bypass on it. Durrrrrr! Anyway I will sell it for $200. You will need gaskets. They are not expensive though.
Thanks,
Bob
By the way, the Fabspeed does sound better than my other one too but I can use the $.
PM me if interested.
