Now that is polishing gone wild. Even the inside part is polished. Must have gone into some sort of magical willy wonka polishing machine. Who might I ask is the polishing manic previously known as "He"..........

They are 7 and 8" and they are not chromed!
I do not know what the correct name for the process is, in German they call it "Hochglanzverdichten" or "hoogglans verdichten" in Dutch. It's like polishing but the process, which is not manual but mechanical, uses vibration to create a closed aluminum surface. The endproduct should be more resistant to corrosion ( but I'm still waiting to verify this). Periodic cleaning is of course needed.
