Last time I sent Wayne an e-mail, I simply found a post that he'd made--there's probably a sticky up right now--and clicked on his user's name and then on "e-mail this person."

By the way, apparently a lot of people are getting the porn--there's a whole thread about it--so I wouldn't get your undies in a bunch about finding Wayne. Lots of people already have.

Was it "Porn Tube" from a911guy? There are so many different names being thrown about, I'm wondering if someone didn't highjack a few user IDs in some way.

The BMW board I frequent was spammed by the same person. The link was to "Porn Tube", also. I think the spammer is targeting the wrong audiences.

I'm a little more particular.
If the person sending the porn is a petite, redheaded female I would like to opt for the personal delivery option.
(Light and tossable please)

If they happen to be a licensed chiropractor I would consider moving to Utah to make her a 2nd wife!

Seems like some users might have had some very simple passwords that a bot tried out some dictionary terms on. I added that fellow's URL website to my spam list, and also manually deleted out the messages from my database...

I found out that this problem was caused by a 731 dunderheads on this board using their own username as their password (also the dunderheads at vBulletin who allow this). So, an automated bot script was run against the forum, and then emailed people from these compromised accounts.

I have now reset the passwords on all of those accounts, an email has been sent to these users with instructions on how to reset their password, and stricter password rules have been implemented.

Thanks for your patience with this...

Dunderhead \Dun"der*head`\, n. [Prov. Eng. also dunderpoll, from
dunder, same as thunder.]
A dunce; a numskull; a blockhead. --Beau. & Fl.
[1913 Webster]

I'm going to teach my kids the term. Its so much classier than "stupid."

Don't you have a service that is supposed to test daily for stuff like this?
